The Creative Compassion Group
The Creative Compassion Group is an 8 week, psychoeducational, skills based group for women focused on mindfulness, self compassion, and creative practices. The group is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and is rooted in the belief that creativity can deepen presence, and help cultivate more compassionate ways of relating to ourselves — alongside others who are also learning these skills.
What to Expect:
Guided activities using art, mindfulness, and compassion-based practices
Practices informed by ACT and Compassion-Focused Therapy, offered in an accessible way
A supportive group environment focused on learning and practicing skills
Opportunities to reflect, create, and share at your own pace
No artistic skill required — just curiosity and openness
Who It’s For:
This group is ideal for women who are interested in:
Developing self compassion and mindfulness skills
Learning practical tools inspired by ACT and CFT
Slowing down and relating to themselves with more kindness
Exploring creative expression as a tool for reflection and presence
Participating in a psychoeducational group rather than therapy
