Creative Compassion
An experiential group blending reflection and creativity to cultivate self compassion and value aligned living

An Experiential Group for Deepening Self Compassion
There is a voice within many of us that can be harsh, perfectionistic, and quick to judge. Creative Compassion invites you to step away from that internal critic and explore gentler, more compassionate ways of relating to yourself — through guided reflection, creative expression, and intentional presence.
This 8 week psychoeducational group is rooted in evidence-based practices like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and is designed to help you cultivate self-compassion in a supported, exploratory setting.
What to Expect
Each session will include:
Reflective teaching about self-compassion and nervous-system awareness
Guided creative exercises (no artistic experience required)
Mindfulness and compassion practices
Journaling and inquiry prompts
Supportive group discussion
You’ll be invited to explore inner experience and creative process in ways that facilitate curiosity, presence, and self-connection.
Who is this for?
This group is a good fit for you if you:
Want to deepen your self-compassion
Feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism
Are curious about expressive practices
Appreciate grounding reflection alongside practical teaching
Want connection with others learning similar skills
Creative Compassion is not therapy — it’s a guided experiential program designed to support personal growth with structure and intention. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. This group is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment.
