Experiential and skills-based spaces for growth, connection, and emotional resilience
At Compassionate Grounds Counseling & Wellness, I offer group experiences rooted in self compassion, mindfulness, emotion regulation skills, and creative exploration. These spaces are designed to foster connection, deepen insight, and support real life change — alongside others who are navigating similar life challenges.
The current groups offered are not traditional therapy groups.
They are psychoeducational and experiential spaces grounded in evidence-based frameworks.
